Short answer: no. We are Clear Capital Markets Ltd, FCA - authorised under FRN 706689. In 2022 a fraudulent firm used a near-identical name — “Clear Capital Market” (singular) — to impersonate us. The FCA published a public warning about that firm at the time.
That warning is about them, not us. We have been authorised and regulated by the FCA since 2015and operate from a registered office in the City of London. The easiest way to confirm you’re dealingwith us — not them — is to check the FCA register directly using our FRN.
If anything about a conversation, an email, or a phone number doesn’t look right, stop and verifybefore you act. Your broker would rather you take five minutes than have any doubt.
